ENERGY EFFECIENCY
Otto-Pricken’s Vario LINE Jigger The task was to construct a Jigger in such way that the energy demand was kept as small as possible and furthermore to obtain a high production efficiency.
The result is the Vario LINE Jigger of Otto-Pricken.
It is an elaborated Jigger that applies the usage of energy rationally.
It is supported by the latest control engineering of the company Barco Sedo. A singular and innovative "Vario master roll" of Otto Pricken reduces the number of passages to ca.35% and reduces the water consumption.
The concept of the VMR is the synchronism, the so-called "identical effect". During the entire treatment time the passing web is subject to a constant exposure of the chemicals. The special mounted roller provides for a smooth dyeing and washing process and prevents expiration over the edges.
The variable spacing adjustment of the VMR to the hutch deflection rollers enables the use of most various types of tissue. Sundry attempts point out that the Vario LINE Jigger drastically reduces the consumption of water, steam and electricity.
The annual saving of the energy costs is approximately 20.000, 00€.
Our concept:
- Filtering of effluent
- Heat recycling by heat exchangers
- Full isolation of the tub
- Attractive short bath ratio by small hutch model
- Energy conservation by braking force refeed of the engines
- Monitoring of the temperatures in the bath, batching tank and combined sewage inlet
- Valve gear
- Accurate proportioning of chemicals and dye
- Low water consumption
