Complete Jigger revisions:

Each Jigger is disassembled up to the last screw, sandblasted and lacquered by us.
All high-grade steel sheets are glass bead blasted and adjusted if necessary. The complete friction drive will become reconditioned and all wearing parts exchanged.

Likewise main shafts and rollers are renewed and new mounted. Completely reconditioned VH Jiggers are technically and optically new machines and we are able to manufacture each Jigger individually on the customer's special request.
We supply Jiggers with Barco controls with a full mechanism version. With the full mechanism version it is possible to link machines and to accomplish a data acquisition.
A central computer allows a dyeing of the product directly from the dyeing kitchen.
