When upgrading, all mechanical parts are overhauled. The machine is knocked down completely into single components, the items can be serviced, maintained, varnished/ powder coated or replaced. Stainless steel elements are glass pearl blasted. The mechanical gearbox can be exchanged by an electrically driven gearbox. All roller bearings are controlled and/ or replaced. All cylinder and rollers can be ground and sanded, rubberized or replaced. The exsisting hoods can be powered pneumatically.
Additionally the new motors can be programmed by an electronic control unit Sedomat 5500 from Sedo- Treepoint, which enables the customer to determine and control every step of every process. Liquor level, fabric tension, production speed and temperature can be controlled fully automatically, the batch length can be measured. The modern Touch Screen is extremely robust against contamination. Programming can be done via USB- interface. Internet-Technology allows operation and controll of the machine from every PC within the company network.
Most modern technology is used for automatic dosing, constant liquor concentration avoids poor levelness and variations throughout the run. Optimum regulation allows consequently an ecologically friendly dyeing not only on standard qualities, but also for crease sensitive, highly elastic and extremely heavy articles.
